A Georgia limited liability company organized for the development of Bayesian methodologies for cybersecurity risk assessment, training, and certification.
BAYES-GUARD Advisory, LLC is a Georgia limited liability company organized as the United States corporate vehicle for the BAYES-GUARD framework — a body of research and applied methodology concerned with the probabilistic assessment of cybersecurity risk in critical-infrastructure environments.
The entity exists to hold, develop, and license the intellectual property associated with the framework, and to serve as the future operating platform for advisory, research, and training activities once all applicable regulatory milestones have been satisfied.
The Company is presently pre-operational. It maintains its registered office and principal place of business in the State of Georgia.
The framework applies Bayesian inference to the quantification of adversarial and operational risk in industrial control systems, enterprise networks, and cyber-physical infrastructure.
Conventional cybersecurity risk assessment relies heavily on qualitative heuristics — high, medium, low — which obscure uncertainty and resist principled updating as new evidence emerges. BAYES-GUARD treats risk as a posterior probability distribution, formally combining prior knowledge of threat actors, system topology, and historical incident data with continuously incoming telemetry to produce calibrated, decision-grade estimates.
The framework is the product of original research and is intended to be contributed to the United States cybersecurity practice as a public-interest methodology for the assessment and reduction of national infrastructure risk.
